When will my order arrive?

When we receive your order payment we try to ship within 24-48 hours, depending on weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number at the email address you provided at checkout. Then, how quickly your order arrives depends on the shipping option you chose ( first class/priority etc.).

Need to return or exchange an item?

Sure! Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your item(s) and we'll set up a return or exchange. Please ensure your return is in it's original condition. We may ask for a photo in some cases for exchange. We want our customers happy, so we'll work with you in any way we can.
